With prior experience at a large, nationally recognised plaintiff law firm, Lucy has developed particular insight through her work in the institutional abuse space, equipping her with a deep understanding of trauma‑informed client care and the complexities of compensation matters more broadly.
Lucy is passionate about ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and genuinely heard throughout their compensation journey, combining her legal studies with a practical, empathetic approach to client engagement. Having grown up in North Queensland, Lucy brings a grounded, community-minded perspective to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending rodeos and embracing the outdoor lifestyle.
