NO WIN, NO FEE
A no win, no fee agreement is a payment agreement between a client and solicitor that means that if your claim is not successful then you will not be obligated to pay any legal fees of the firm.
Our no win no fee guarantee also means that you will not be required to pay for our outlays or disbursements if your claim is not successful and we will also incur this loss.
As such and given that the risks of litigation are entirely with our law firm, we will not take on a claim unless we consider it to be viable after a free, confidential and no obligation consultation. Please contact our expert lawyers now to discuss the viability of your claim.
30% CAP ON PROFESSIONAL FEES
To ensure that a client gets maximum dollars in their hand, we have a cap of 30% excluding GST in relation to our professional fees. Please note however that we will often charge a lot less than this depending on the circumstances of the claim.
NO UPLIFT FEE
We charge absolutely no uplift fee in relation to our fees.
OUR FEES ARE INDEPENDENTLY ASSESSED BY A COST ASSESSOR
Our fees in relation to work performed on your matter are assessed by an independent cost assessment company. We do not use time recording in the firm to charge for work performed, as we do not consider this a fair means of charging as costs can be inflated due to inaccurate time recording by staff members. Having fees independently assessed results in lower and fairer fees for the client.
FUNDING OF INITIAL TREATMENT OF UP TO $3,000.00
With personal injury claims, it sometimes takes insurers a considerable time to agree to fund initial treatment for a client. With certain personal injury claims, no payment for treatment is provided in the initial stages of a claim. It important for an injured person to receive early rehabilitation and treatment to maximise prospects of recovery. As a result, we will attend to payment of treatment invoices for a client up to a value of $3,000.00. We will deduct this amount from the compensation payout, when settlement monies are received. We do not charge any interest in relation to these payments.
